Everything is in place. You have worked hard and saved up a certain ammount of money. All plans, designs, and initial preparatory work has been completed. Legal formalities are in place and you have been given the green signal to go ahead. Then suddenly you find yourself short of cash for some reason or the other…and time is running out.
